SEDA MAKİNA
Terms and conditions
Website and enquiry terms
Updated: 22 October 2026
1. Scope
This website is operated by SEDA MAKİNA İMALAT VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (SEDA Makina) for machinery sales, equipment rental, spare parts, attachments and enquiries about equipment offered to us for purchase. Contact: support@sedamakinaimalat.com or +90 539 295 51 46.
2. Enquiries and agreements
The catalogue invites enquiries. Sending a form does not place an order, reserve equipment, confirm a rental or oblige SEDA to buy a machine. A transaction requires agreement on the relevant equipment, price and other terms. The accepted quotation and applicable sale, rental or purchase agreement govern the transaction, subject to mandatory law.
3. Equipment descriptions and inspection
Specifications, operating hours, mileage, photographs and availability help you assess equipment and may change or require verification. Ask us to confirm details important to your project before committing. For used equipment, discuss condition, service information, included attachments and an inspection. No manufacturer warranty, certification or particular suitability is implied by a listing; any agreed warranty or undertaking must be identified in the transaction documents. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are stated in the currency shown. Unless expressly stated otherwise, applicable taxes, transport, insurance, customs and registration charges are additional. Price-on-request listings require a quotation. Confirm the total price, quotation validity, payment schedule and bank details directly with SEDA before payment. The website does not collect card payments or provide online checkout. Corrections to a listing do not override an already binding agreement or mandatory rights.
5. Rentals
Rental enquiries must identify the project location, proposed start date, duration and equipment requirements. Availability, rates, deposit, transport, insurance, permitted use, operator responsibilities, maintenance, damage and return arrangements must be agreed before hire. Submitting preferred dates does not confirm a booking. Use equipment only in accordance with the agreed rental terms, applicable safety requirements and manufacturer instructions.
6. Parts, attachments and equipment offered for sale
For parts and attachments, provide accurate machine details and part references and confirm compatibility before ordering. If offering equipment to SEDA, provide accurate ownership, specification, condition and operating information and disclose any finance, security interests or other restrictions. An enquiry or initial valuation does not constitute an offer to purchase or acceptance; inspection and a separate agreement may be required.
7. Delivery and international arrangements
Collection, loading, delivery dates, transport, insurance, export and import documents, customs responsibilities and transfer of risk must be agreed for each transaction. Do not assume that delivery, installation or operator services are included. Any cancellation, return, refund or warranty arrangements are governed by the transaction agreement and applicable mandatory law.
8. Responsible website use
Provide accurate contact information and use the forms for legitimate business enquiries. Do not submit unlawful material, impersonate others, interfere with the service or attempt unauthorised access. Personal information is handled as described in the privacy policy. External services and links have their own terms.
9. Rights and liability
SEDA branding and website materials, and third-party trademarks and materials, remain the property of their respective owners. Manufacturer names identify equipment and do not by themselves imply affiliation. Reasonable care is taken with the website, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
10. Questions and disputes
Contact SEDA first with the equipment reference and relevant documents so we can address your concern. Transaction-specific governing law and dispute arrangements should be set out in the relevant agreement. These website terms do not restrict access to courts, authorities or other remedies provided by mandatory law.
